- • Prices are calculated based on CAD Canadian Dollar.
- • We are currently only accepting payments through PayPal (PayPal account not necessary)
- • Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
- • All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.
- • All date estimates are based on business days
- • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. Costs are calculated based on your (1) shipping address, (2) the package's weight, dimensions and value, and (3) handling fees.
- • Items in stock will ship the next available business day or as soon as possible(Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
- • Shipment dates and times are estimates in accordance with shipping carriers.
- • If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

- • Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email addressed to the email registered to your account.
- • Once your order has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier and tracking information.
- • Online-tracking may require up to 24 hours to be updated and can be viewed at the website of the respective shipping carrier.
- • Should there be any other conditions that may affect your order's delivery and shipping, Jetview Electronics Ltd. will contact the email address assosiated with your account.
- • International shipping is available to most destinations except where prohibited such as: Cuba, Iran or North Korea. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the shipping availability of your country.
- • Orders may require additional processing and transit times for international orders outside of Canada and the US.
- • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's/ receiver's own responsibility.
- • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- • GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.
- • All Canadian customers are subject to Canada's Environmental Handling Fee (EHF), with costs based on the province to which your order is shipped.
